What we collect
When you book a tour, hotel or transfer we collect the details we need to run your booking: your name, email address, phone number, hotel or pickup location, and the details of your party. If you contact us on WhatsApp, we see the phone number and messages you send us.
How we use it
We use your information to confirm and operate your bookings, to coordinate pickups with tour operators and drivers, to process payments, and to answer your questions. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Stripe through our booking platform. Your full card details never touch our servers.
Sharing
We share booking details only with the operators, hotels and drivers who deliver your experience, and only what they need to deliver it.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp at +52 998 130 1518.
